I agree that
1). Hostel will be closed during diwali vacation and summer vacation.
2). Fill all the details in the form. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
3). Person going out of station or while coming from out of station should give written application to Admin Staff.
4). Stay will be according to allocated room only no changes will be done.
5). Furniture/Applicances Electrical Fittings,Light, Fan, Common Light, Canteen or any other tools of hostel should be used carefully. Any damage will be charged.
6). Any addictive/intoxicating products/foods is strictly prohibited
7). Mattress/Bedsheet/Pillow will be provided by Organization(Hostel).
8). Organization can make changes in terms(rules) as needed which will be applicable to all.
9). Organization has full right to change any rules which will be applicable to all.
10). Only Hostel Canteen should be used. No deduction will be provided.
11). In case of any misconduct or breaking of rules entry to the hostel will be cancelled and all paid amount will become non-refundable. Owners decision will be final.
12). Hostel rules/terms changes done time to time will be applicable to all.
13). Parking will be at vehicle owner's risk. Also vehicle should be parked only at decided place by hostel/organization
14). Fan,Light should be switched off while leaving the room, failure to do so will be charged penalty.
15). All valuable item should be taken care. Hostel/Organization don't take any responsibility for same
16). Interpretation of Terms/Rules done by hostel/organization will be final.
17). Admission will be considered final only after deposit and decided fees is paid. No Fees are refundable and Name change is not permitted
